JMS is an incorporated association lead by an executive committee consisting of three chairmen responsible for strategic development.

The chief executive officer (CEO), Mr. Fabian Qetaj, represents JMS in public and takes care of all external business matters, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Vice President, Mrs. Katharina Steuerer, is in charge of all internal business matters, such as recruiting, business development and staffing.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mrs. Verena Margraf, supervises the financial development and all regulatory/ legal issues.
Within the operational business, each executive is supported by the management board, comprising: Acquisition & Customer Relationship Management, Marketing & Public Relations (PR), Quality Management, Network, Organisation & Information Technology.
